Melanofree 4% Hydroquinone + Tretinoin Cream

✅ Active Ingredients:

• Hydroquinone 4% (lightening agent)

• Tretinoin 0.05% (promotes skin turnover / exfoliation)

• Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.01% (anti-inflammatory steroid) in some formulations (“triple combination”)

✅ Purpose / Use-Cases:

• Treats hyperpigmentation: melasma, dark spots, freckles, acne scars.

• Evens skin tone.

✅ Wash-Off (Short Contact) Use:

• Some sources indicate this cream can be applied at night, left on for about 30 minutes, then washed off.

• After initial “wash-off” use, gradual frequency / longer contact might be introduced as tolerated.

✅ Precautions:

• Use at night, preferably on clean, dry skin.

• Avoid contact with eyes / mouth / irritated skin.

• Limit exposure to sunlight; use broad-spectrum sunscreen while using.

• Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding in many sources.
