If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery— no hassle, no stress.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
You received the wrong item or size.
The product does not match its online description.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
Cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care products
Underwear or intimate apparel
Items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Offer”
3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:
Email us at support@brightseagt.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a short explanation, and (if applicable) photos of the product issue.
Our support team will review your request and confirm pickup or drop-off details.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that delivery and service fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Important Notes
Requests made after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not covered under this policy.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
